Putting this collection together was such a joy. To see how two very different people approach varying topics leading to the same God was extraordinary to me. I never had a friend I could share and work with so openly and I’m grateful to Zach for his willingness to allow me to add his voice to the story. Zach is an amazing songwriter as well, in my honest opinion I’d say one of the rawest guys you’ll ever meet. Initially, he didn’t want his name on this book at all but God works in mysterious ways! I am proud of what we came up with and I hope you enjoy this. Poetry is an art of the heart and it’ll draw the inner depth within you that you never knew you could tap into. It’s a transformative art and man, when you give it to God on top of that?! Its life changing. Poetry saved my life by the grace of God. words have so much more depth than a simple dictionary definition and I’m glad we got to expand on some words and phrases for you throughout this book.
